Membership is open to individuals, families, and corporate groups as per our subscription plans.
All members must complete the registration process and provide accurate details.
Membership is non-transferable and must be renewed as per the chosen plan.
Members are expected to carry their membership cards/IDs when using club facilities.
All members, players, and visitors must maintain respectful behavior towards staff, coaches, and
fellow members.
Use of abusive language, misconduct, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Sportsmanship, discipline, and fairness are expected at all times – both on and off the field.
Facilities must be booked in advance where required (e.g., courts, grounds).
Members are expected to use facilities responsibly and maintain cleanliness.
Damage to equipment or property due to negligence will be chargeable.
Non-members may use facilities only through guest passes or event participation.
Coaching sessions are conducted only by certified KIPS Sports Club coaches.
Personal coaching from outside trainers is not permitted without prior approval.
Members must adhere to training schedules, safety guidelines, and dress codes.
Punctuality is expected to ensure discipline in training programs.
All members must undergo a basic health declaration before joining certain programs.
Safety equipment (helmets, guards, swim gear, etc.) must be used wherever required.
The club provides first-aid facilities; however, members are responsible for their personal
medical conditions.
Parents/guardians must accompany children below a certain age as per club rules.
Participation in tournaments and events is open only to registered members unless otherwise
stated.
Rules and regulations for each event must be strictly followed.
The club reserves the right to disqualify participants for misconduct or non-compliance.
Personal information shared with KIPS Sports Club (membership forms, health details, etc.) will
remain confidential.
Data will only be used for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties
without consent.
Membership fees, coaching fees, and facility charges must be paid in advance.
Payments are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by management.
Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges.
Members may bring guests by paying the applicable guest fee.
Guests must follow all club rules and are the responsibility of the member who invites them.
Any violation of club rules, misconduct, or repeated indiscipline may result in warnings, fines,
suspension, or cancellation of membership.
The management committee’s decision in such matters will be final.
